It is the first Spanish EVOO to be awarded the DEMETER CERTIFICATION by the Demeter Certification Office in Spain. Biodynamic agriculture is a step beyond ORGANIC cultivation methods and is based on the harmonisation between the various forces governed by Nature: the seasons, atmospheric phenomena, lunar cycles and the position of the constellations in the cosmos. Its aim is to seek an integral balance between the soil, the trees, animals and humans.
