2. Ordering & Acceptance

  • You place an order through our online store.

  • We confirm your order by email. Acceptance occurs when we send this confirmation.

  • We may decline orders, for instance due to unavailability.

3. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices before you complete your order.

  • Payment is taken at point of order via secure third-party processors.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within stated areas (e.g. London/Barnet).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Faulty items: Notify us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

  • Change of mind: You may cancel within 14 days of receipt and return unopened items; we’ll refund the cost once returned.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, logos, imagery) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
